Finally got a taste of sate babat & sate hati.
Babat is tripe, and hati is liver. Both sold are normally of the cow's.
And yesterday at Breeks, that was some sedap makan i had... Beef rib, hello!? It's insane, the marinate and the tenderloin. Oohh! Almost orgasmic.
The waiter was just drooling and wanted a bite, yes he used those words.
Very cute Arab boy, chubby delight. If i had told him that, i swear the smile couldn't have been wiped off his face like how i did my plate & dessert.
