News of an old Japanese woman who got rescued from a tsunami which swallowed her house, by her dog who didn't quite like walks but wanted a walk up the mountain in the opposite direction from the usual route on the day disaster struck. Thankfully the two made it to an evacuation centre here with the shih tzu rushing her.
Tale of a man so willing to prove his point that the woman he loves is marrying her childhood sweetheart who's hiding a big thing from her, especially in regard to her nephews' abduction in Melaka while on holiday years back, he gets hurt so bad by a group of weapon-wielding gangsters. This though he had a partner in hiding nearby, whom he specifically instructed to film the whole scene until he gives the thumbs-up signal, which he didn't. (Channel U drama, Secrets for Sale 拍、卖)
The first story provoked tear ducts which warmed the backs of my eyes. The second, fictional as it is, broke the dam. I am too damn emotional these days. Or as Joy said, i'm sentimental..
