ANOTHER Bad Choice

Today I decided to walk out for 31/ 197 thinking either might catch up on the time lag behind 13 pretty quick like how when I chose 13 last time, those two ALREADY CAME AND LEFT Marine Terrace. Oh no, THERE was barely any cars on the 13 route on my side (looks like TNS is still on holiday?) and by the time my two buses came, 13 was NOWHERE in sight. Sighhh.
